Well Done on an excellent service provided. You guys deserve to be acknowledged as a five star hotel, for excellent service and delicious food, the best if I may say so myself. Nice hotel with good proximity to Darshan. Overall a very good experience in terms of stay and food. Good for family and children. Bathroom entry to have straight access as there is little alignment just on the door and hits the foot.Otherwise all other things are good

Hardly 5 mins walk from mandir Staff is very polite and extremely courteous Food is one of the best in Shirdi Dal tadka being the best Neat and tidy rooms and big size Through agoda u can get good deals too while booking the place

I am reviewing this hotel based on my recent stay from 14th -16th Feb 2020 1. Check-in : Was not smooth, I have requested early check-in (Around 11:15 AM) but didn’t get it till 12PM, I got feeling that they have empty room but because early check-in is chargeable, they are wasting time so that customer don’t need to pay any charge. (3/5) 2. Room; It was ok. View was not good as it was facing to some other hotel. (Room No 2215) . Also there was a gap in washroom window glass. (3/5) 3. Room Service : It was ok. Bit expensive , One glass milk for baby cost us 100+Tax INR, One cup Tea was 70+Tax INR. (3/5) 4. Housekeeping (Room cleaning) : Pathetic service here, I was out for Sani Signapore and came back at 1PM, room was dirty , no cleaning was done till 1PM, when I enquired about this at reception, They said it will be done according to sequence, I requested that I am going out for lunch at 1 PM and will be back around 2:30 PM, kindly get it done in this time duration and to my surprise, it was not done till 2:30 PM. I was awake at 3AM for Sai Baba’s aarti and couldn’t take rest because room was not clean. After coming back we need to roam around reception for 30mins so that they could do room cleaning. (1/5) 5. Breakfast : It was good and delicious. (4/5) 6. Dinner : Buffet dinner was Ok , 300+Tax for one person. (4/5)

I enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are neat and clean . The restaurant at the hotel provides good options and the food was good. I would highly recommend this hotel, its very close to the temple so overall a great option.
